Plan Terms and Cancellation Policy

​

  • Purchase of a pricing plan does not constitute a booking.

  • Session places must be booked after payment. Bookings open 31 days before stated class time, and close 15 minutes before class start time. 

  • Class x 1 HOUR - PAY AS YOU GO plans allow booking of ANY dance or fitness class up to an hour in duration scheduled within one month from date of purchase. Please ENSURE the class you wish to book using your purchased plan falls within that timescale.

  • Class x 1 HOUR PLUS - PAY AS YOU GO plans allow booking of ANY dance or fitness class over an hour in duration scheduled within one month from date of purchase. Please ENSURE the class you wish to book using your purchased plan falls within that timescale.

  • Class x 1 HALF HOUR CREDIT plans allow booking of one "level Up Your Line Dance" session within one month from date of purchase. Please ENSURE the class you wish to book using your purchased plan falls within that timescale.

  • Bundles of 4 credits are valid for classes within 3 calendar months of purchase.

  • ALL Class bookings are subject to the standard booking terms and cancellation policy, including bookings made using multiple credit plans. 

  • Courses, masterclasses and event bookings and tickets are excluded from all plans.

  • Class passes cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded once purchased. Class bookings may be rescheduled within the cancellation policy timescales of 24 hours prior to the stated class start time on the MY BOOKINGS page of your account pages.

  • Monthly subscription plans (Learn & Dance at Home - Monthly) are active and billed monthly until cancelled. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel monthly and recurring plans. Recurring plans can be cancelled within the MY PLANS page in your account pages. Cancellations are effective from the end of the current billing cycle, and access to services cease at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellations require 24 hours to be effective.

  • Refunds are not provided for any and all unused plans.

  • Timetables may be subject to change.
