Plan Terms and Cancellation Policy

​

  • Purchase of a pricing plan does not constitute a booking. Session places must be booked after payment. Bookings open 60 days before stated class time, and close 15 minutes before class start time. Numbers of available places remaining for each class are shown on the class bookings page.

  • ALL Class bookings are subject to the standard booking terms and cancellation policy, including bookings made using UNLIMITED plans. Repeated failure to attend or cancel a class booked with an UNLIMITED plan is deemed an abuse of service and may result in your plan being cancelled with removal of booking facilities.

  • 1, 10 and 20 pass plans allow booking of ANY class up to one hour in duration across the timetable, with the exception of workshops, masterclasses, events and courses.

  • Line Dance class passes may only be used to book line dance classes.

  • ALL Class pass plans are valid only for the specified period.

  • All subscriptions / plan class bookings must be used within the stated timescales. Unused class bookings cannot be refunded or transferred.

  • 1, 4, 10 and 20 class passes cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded once purchased.

  • Monthly subscription plans (Online Only and Unlimited Access) are active and billed monthly until cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled within the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS members area. Cancellations are effective from the end of the current billing cycle, and access to services cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Partial refunds are not available.

  • Timetables may be subject to change.
