Summer - Themed FitSteps Social

It's Summer, Let's Dance!! 

Join me for this event to dance, shimmy, wiggle and sing to summer tunes to make you feel good!  The bar will be open when the dancing is finished and the food is served. Whether you are a seasoned FitSteps regular or a newcomer, join us for a fab-u-lous workout that will put a smile and your face and leave you feeling great! 

• 12:00pm - Doors open / Registration
• 12:15pm - Session 1
• 13:00pm - Break
• 13:15pm - Session 2
• 2:15pm - Snacks and Chats (the snacks are included, the bar will be open)
• 3:00pm - Close and goodbyes

Please bring your own water bottles for the dance sessions.

This event is open to everyone, (ages 18+) 

New Customers must complete a compulsory PARQ health form when purchasing tickets.

Ages 18+ only.

Participants need to be physically able to partake in the activity, reasonable adjustments can be provided by the instructor where possible. Details of any participants requiring special consideration should be provided in advance via the Par-Q form.

By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Health Waiver and event policies. Admission is strictly by tickets only, pay on the door is not available.
