Impact Level: options given for low to high Intensity Level: options given for low to high Doors Open: Ten minutes before class start time Created by former Strictly Come Dancing pro dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, FitSteps is an energetic, up beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite Strictly dances and is designed to achieve real, measurable, fitness results. The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances to create fun filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re getting fit! Learn all the dances you see on Strictly, including Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Jive, Waltz, Paso Doble, Quickstep, Tango, American Smooth and many more to fantastic music. With options given for low to high impact and intensity, you can tailor this class to workout at your own pace. Improve your posture, balance, flexibility, strength & stamina and boost your mood and energy levels, and transform your body and have fun dancing to music that will get your heart pumping! Terms & Conditions
BOOKING TERMS 1. Classes may be booked up to 31 days in advance & 5 minutes before class start time. A minimum number of 8 is required for a class to run. 2. Julie Rhoades will provide the agreed service(s) on the specified date(s) and time(s) requested on the online booking. 3. All customers MUST complete a compulsory Pre-Activity Assessment Questionnaire form (ParQ) prior to attending their first class. This is accessible from the booking form and your booking confirmation email. Should this not be completed, you will be unable to participate in the class and a session credit will not be given. 4. Customers need to be in the venue ready to start no later than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start. For your own safety and well-being, full completion in all warmup activities is mandatory and therefore to avoid an increased risk of injury late arrivals are not permitted entry and treated as late cancellations. 5. All classes and courses are for ages 18+ only. Spectators are not permitted. 6. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the teacher of any injuries or health issues before each class. 7. Julie Rhoades will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property during the period of the booking or while at the venue. 8. Do not attend classes or events if you have been unwell in the last 48 hours. 9. By booking a class you agree that you have read & agree to the terms of the Health Waiver. 10. Mobile phones should be put away and on silent - this time is for everyone to have free of distractions :-) CANCELLATIONS 1. Class bookings can be managed on your MY BOOKINGS page. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel or reschedule classes if needed. 2. Classes may only be rescheduled or cancelled for a credit up to 4 hours prior to the stated class time. Credits are not given after this period. 3. Class bookings may only be "rescheduled" for a class of the same type (ie TONE for TONE). 4. If a class or booked session is cancelled by Julie Rhoades Dance & Fitness, you will be notified via an email to your accounts email address and a credit applied to your originating plan that may be used to book an alternative class. 7. Cancellations are also posted on my WhatsApp channel, a link to join can be found in any class booking confirmation e-mail and the CONTACT ME page. REFUNDS 1. Refunds are provided via a session credit back onto the originating plan at point of class cancellation. Card refunds are not issued.
