Dancing has the added advantage of being a very fun and social form of exercise, allowing you to meet people and make new friends while exercising. No dance partner is required in my dance fitness classes, and many firm friendships have been made in my community based classes!

I go twice a week, Wednesday and Friday mornings, and they are my favourite mornings of the week. Julie's sense of fun is so infectious and the classes always make me smile.

I have been going to Julie's classes for about 18 months now and absolutely love it. The whole hour is utilised for dancing, the music is great and Julie is entertaining and fun. Love, love, love it!

I would recommend these classes to everybody! They're fun, make you sweat and you are also learning! Julie is a fantastic teacher who is happy to help with anything you need, and also offering low intensity alternatives . A great way to get fit and have fun.
